Smoke pipes steam generators thermal efficiency 95%, output smoke temperature 120°C
Condensation steam generator with reversed-flame wet bottom, the TFRE series features a 150÷1.300 kg/h steam output, pressure design 5÷12 bar, output 90.000÷780.000 kcal/h, with horizontal smoke pipes, CE marking. Front door with fully accessible generator cavity door with water recirculation. Three smoke circuits (the first and the second in furnace, the third in the pipes) to increase performance. The large-diameter shell has small inspection doors, inside the housing there is a stainless steel vertical tube-bundle preheater tested at 20 bar, with labyrinth section with air-water exchange installed on the smoke outlet. The supply water runs against the current thereby increasing the temperature by over 40°C and, as a result, we reduce the smoke temperature to 120°C to achieve a performance equal to 95%. With electrical-pneumatic stainless steel automatic discharge whose time can be set from the PLC with manual functions as well. Five year warranty for boiler body and 2 years for the accessories.
